Cancellation & Weather Policy
Rain cancellations are made when precipitation is forecast at 1mm/hr or more, based on The Weather Network. Cancellation decisions are made by noon on the day of class and communicated via email. Cancelled classes are not deducted from your pass.
For our 8-week series and Friday league, a buffer week is built in after each series to reschedule any rain-cancelled sessions. If no cancellations occur, the buffer week is off.
For drop-in and class pass bookings, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to give others a chance to book. Late cancellations will result in the class being deducted from your pass.
